Rose covered Wedding cake
Close up detail of hand-crafted sugar paste roses, these were created for the vegan Rose Cascade wedding cake. Each rose has been hand painted with edible lustre dusts to create the soft shimmer effect then grouped together to form a stunningly beautiful cascade of roses.

All of this is edible (apart from the wooden board) , the tin is chocolate cake, the boxfile is vanilla cake. The letter and money are printed edible paper, the calculator and broken pencil are modeling paste.
Shpongle character
Vanilla cake filled with vanilla buttercream and strawberry jam. The cake was created for a clients boyfriend, it is from an image taken from a ambient trance album: SHPONGLE; ARE YOU SHPONGLED? For those that don’t already know, this is what the original CD sleeve looks like…
